Our Return Policy

At Diana's Sports Salsa, we stand behind our product 100%.

Because our products are perishable, Diana's Sports Salsa  does not accept RETURNS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION under any circumstances.

If your product arrives damaged or destroyed, please contact us directly at  Returns@dianassportssalsa.com  or  phone us at  (909) 241-9645  for a

Return /Refund Authorization Number and/or replacement.

No Returns / Refunds or Replacements will be accepted without Return / Refund Authorization Number (RA#).

Refunds will be for Replacement only  plus shipping. You will be charged for shipping costs.

Refunds and/or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 15 days of purchase.

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will gladly make whatever concessions are necessary to insure that end.  We stand by our products and take customer feedback very seriously.

No refunds or exchanges will be accepted if:
• It is 15 days past the original date of the invoice.
• There is no Return Authorization number (RA#) issued.
• The customer does not have Invoice Number or Sales Receipt.
• No Refunds on Food Show, Flea Market, & Farmers Market items, all sales are final.

Some returns are subject to Store Credit only. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds and charge backs.
